Professor in Robotics / Embodied AI (Open Rank) — Applications Open
The NYU Center for Robotics and Embodied Intelligence (CREO) invites applications for a full-time, Open-Rank Professor in Robotics and Embodied AI. We seek exceptional candidates across the broad spectrum of robotics and embodied AI, spanning theory, computation, hardware, and diverse application domains (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, urban environments). The successful candidate is expected to establish an independent and impactful research program, demonstrate excellence in teaching, and contribute to the center’s mission of advancing the next era of intelligent machines.
Review of applications will begin December 15, 2025 and will continue until the position is filled. Anticipated start date is Fall 2026 (flexible).
